Login or create your login
The first step to logging in or create a new account is to simply clip on the login button at the bottom of this page.
Already have a login?
Simply enter your Email and Password to gain access to your account.
Creating a new account?
Select the ‘Register New Account’ option on the bottom of the white menu. Using an active email address and password submit your new account request.
*Please note: All new accounts must first be approved by management. You will be notified once your account has been approved.

Log in and adding students
Once logged in select the ‘Students’ option on the left-hand side menu. If you are a returning student, your previously enrolled students will automatically appear. If you are a new family or adding an additional family member you will need to select the ‘Add Student’ button located at the top of the page. Once all student details are entered simply click the ‘save’ button.
Enrolling into classes
Once all students have been added it is now time to enrol! To start the enrolment process please select the ‘Classes’ option on the left-hand side menu and then the ‘Add enrolments’ option from there. You will now need to select the first student you wish to enrol. To do this just select the circle next to the student’s name and select ‘ok’ to confirm. Now that you have selected the student to enrol, all available classes will appear on the right-hand side. To add a class to your child's enrolment simply scroll until you find the desired class and select the ‘Add to cart’ button once you have found it. A white box will appear that will ask you to view your cart, simply select ‘no’ to continue to add further classes. Continue this process until you have enrolled that particular student in all desired classes.
If you have multiple students
If you wish to enrol more than one student you will need to simply select your next student and repeat the above process.
Now that all students have been enrolled in their desired classes, please select ‘View Cart’ located on the top right-hand side. Please make sure that you carefully read over your selected classes before proceeding to the checkout. Please keep in mind that your sub total will apear at $0.00 untill your enrolment has been approved by management.
Check out for existing families
If you are an existing family a white box will appear that states ‘SUCCESS’, this means that your enrolment request has been sent to management for approval. From here Mikaela will be in contact to confirm your enrolment and invoice amount for 2020.
Check out for new families
As a new family you will be directed to a white box that states you must enter your direct debit details in order to enroll in the selected classes. Please select ‘ok’. You will now be led to a page where you have the option of entering Credit Card details or Bank Details. Please select the preferred option.
Once you have chosen your preferred payment method you will be led to an electronic direct debit form. You must fill this in, in order for your enrolment request to be processed.
Once you have completed the direct debit form you will need to return to your account and select ‘check out’ located in the top right-hand corner. A white box will appear that states ‘SUCCESS’, this means that your enrolment request has been sent to management for approval. From here Mikaela will be in contact to confirm your enrolment and invoice amount for 2020.
