If at any stage you/your child wishes to cease enrollment, you will be required to submit written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to a new term commencing. NO cancellations or change of class can be made at administration. The Cancellation or Change of a class can only take place during terms one and two, without written notice payments for a full term of fees will be charged. If classes are booked and the new term has commenced and you have not given notice, a full term of fees will be due and payable.
Please keep this in mind when enrolling your child. Once they are enrolled in a particular class they will be enrolled for a minimum of a full term.
SPECIAL NOTE: No changes or cancellations may be made to you/your child’s classes within the third (3rd) term. Classes that are set at the commencement of the third (3rd) term will remain in place for the third (3rd) and the fourth (4th) term. Fees for classes that are booked in the third (3rd) term will continue to be deducted for the remainder of the year, regardless of the classes and production routine/s you/your child decides to participate in, as preparation for the end of year production will have already commenced. Should you / your child/ren decide not to patriciate in the end of year production there will be no refund offered on production costumes.
